Honestly really disappointed. The place is dirty, overpriced, and the dryers barely work. Definitely not worth it.

This place sucks, I washed my laundry twice here and never again. First time I washed their dryer didn’t upload the time when I put my quarters in so I accidentally put almost a HOUR not seeing the time change and I couldn’t get my quarters back ofc ! This time round I look at my clothes and THERES BLEACH STAIN ON MY CLOTHES BECAUSE THE BLEACH DOESNT FULLY DRAIN OUT OF THE DISPENSER. Very disappointed and very upset. Didn’t even get to wear the pants more than twice and already have to throw them out 😒 also the peoples attitude that work there SUCKS and should consider something else to do than provide miserable service for everybody else

Leaving frustrated and disappointed after my recent experience. I want to start by saying the front desk staff was kind and friendly. I came into town from NYC to visit family and brought my dry cleaning with me so it would be ready before returning to work on Monday (12/29). I dropped off 11 pieces on the 24th, white dress shirts, mixed-color blazers, a dress, and a black jacket, and was told they’d be ready for pickup on Friday the 26th. I’ve used their wash-and-fold services before and trusted that dry cleaning would be handled properly. At pickup, I was shocked. The black jacket still had my own hair and lint on it, white shirts still had stains, and the blazers smelled strongly of sweat, exactly as when I dropped them off. I had taken a video at drop-off and showed another video at pickup to clearly point out the issues. I explained that I live in Manhattan and was leaving the next day. I agreed to leave the items one more night for inspection. I later received a call from Eric, who insisted there was nothing wrong with the dry cleaning and that the job was done properly, despite my repeated explanations. The conversation became dismissive, and I was essentially told to accept his assessment. Unfortunately, I won’t be using their services again. For anyone with delicate or expensive work clothing, this isn’t worth the risk. I’d rather pay more at my local cleaner in Manhattan and have confidence the job is done right than deal with unfinished work and unnecessary back-and-forth.

Machines are fine guy attending was very professional. It's 2025 let's skip the quarters and get to cards LOL. The plasma looks like it was once the best and its dated. It was a late wash so not complaining lol. I lost 2 dollars in the quarter mechine LOL 😆 😂 😅

This was my first time Coming to this laundromat , it was very clean , Diane was very professional and nice. She assisted us with everything that we needed . This is the perfect place to wash your clothes. The machines are 100% great . Thank you, Diane for this wonderful experience !
